id=\"block-68efeb7b-39e6-43f0-bf77-cab7ac7674e2\">\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5728\u571f\u8033\u5176\u529e\u7406\u79bb\u5a5a\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u6e05\u695a\u4e86\u89e3\u5141\u8bb8\u7684\u79bb\u5a5a\u7406\u7531\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mevzuat.gov.tr\/MevzuatMetin\/1.5.4721.pdf\"><strong>\u571f\u8033\u5176\u6c11\u6cd5\u5178<\/strong><\/a>\u7b2c2\u7ae0\u8be6\u7ec6\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e86\u5728\u571f\u8033\u5176\u79bb\u5a5a\u6216\u5206\u5c45\u7684\u79bb\u5a5a\u7406\u7531\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-06b27b20-9142-4fff-b4b2-0b948e8f4d7a\">\u4e86\u89e3\u571f\u8033\u5176\u7684\u79bb\u5a5a\u7406\u7531<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"block-7438106c-53d5-4371-9d72-b8efbadcf6a5\">\u571f\u8033\u5176\u79bb\u5a5a\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4f9d\u636e\u662f\u300a\u571f\u8033\u5176\u6c11\u6cd5\u5178\u300b\uff08TCC\uff09\uff0c\u8be5\u6cd5\u5178\u6982\u8ff0\u4e86\u51c6\u4e88\u79bb\u5a5a\u7684\u6807\u51c6\u3002\u6709\u610f\u79bb\u5a5a\u8005\u5fc5\u987b\u6ee1\u8db3\u6cd5\u5f8b\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u7279\u5b9a\u6761\u4ef6\u3002\u571f\u8033\u5176\u6c11\u6cd5\u5178\u300b\u627f\u8ba4\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u79bb\u5a5a\u7406\u7531\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u8fc7\u9519\u7406\u7531\u548c\u65e0\u8fc7\u9519\u7406\u7531\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u901a\u5978\uff08Zina\uff09<\/strong>\uff1a\u901a\u5978\u4ecd\u7136\u662f\u571f\u8033\u5176\u79bb\u5a5a\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u91cd\u8981\u8fc7\u9519\u7406\u7531\u3002\u914d\u5076\u53c2\u4e0e\u5a5a\u5916\u60c5\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u5bf9\u5a5a\u59fb\u76df\u7ea6\u7684\u80cc\u53db\uff0c\u4f1a\u5bf9\u5a5a\u59fb\u5173\u7cfb\u9020\u6210\u91cd\u5927\u4f24\u5bb3\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u8650\u5f85\u6216\u7cbe\u795e\u75db\u82e6<\/strong>\uff1a\u5982\u679c\u914d\u5076\u4e00\u65b9\u5bf9\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u8fdb\u884c\u8eab\u4f53\u6216\u7cbe\u795e\u8650\u5f85\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u5176\u906d\u53d7\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u7cbe\u795e\u75db\u82e6\uff0c\u5219\u53ef\u4ee5\u8650\u5f85\u4e3a\u7531\u8981\u6c42\u79bb\u5a5a\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u884c\u4e3a\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u8fdd\u53cd\u5a5a\u59fb\u4e49\u52a1\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u9057\u5f03<\/strong>\uff1a\u5f53\u914d\u5076\u4e00\u65b9\u5728\u6ca1\u6709\u6b63\u5f53\u7406\u7531\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u6545\u610f\u957f\u671f\u9057\u5f03\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u65f6\uff0c\u88ab\u9057\u5f03\u7684\u4e00\u65b9\u53ef\u4ee5\u8981\u6c42\u79bb\u5a5a\u3002\u9057\u5f03\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u8fdd\u53cd\u63d0\u4f9b\u7cbe\u795e\u548c\u7269\u8d28\u652f\u6301\u7684\u4e49\u52a1\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u65e0\u6cd5\u6cbb\u6108\u7684\u7cbe\u795e\u75be\u75c5<\/strong>\uff1a\u5982\u679c\u914d\u5076\u4e00\u65b9\u60a3\u6709\u65e0\u6cd5\u6cbb\u6108\u7684\u7cbe\u795e\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u5a5a\u59fb\u65e0\u6cd5\u7ee7\u7eed\uff0c\u5219\u53ef\u51c6\u4e88\u79bb\u5a5a\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u7406\u7531\u53ef\u786e\u4fdd\u53cc\u65b9\u7684\u7cbe\u795e\u5065\u5eb7\u5f97\u5230\u8003\u8651\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u88ab\u5224\u6709\u7f6a<\/strong>\uff1a\u5982\u679c\u914d\u5076\u4e00\u65b9\u88ab\u5224\u6709\u7f6a\u5e76\u88ab\u5224\u5904\u957f\u671f\u76d1\u7981\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u53ef\u8981\u6c42\u79bb\u5a5a\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u7406\u7531\u627f\u8ba4\u4e86\u914d\u5076\u56e0\u76d1\u7981\u800c\u957f\u671f\u7f3a\u5e2d\u6240\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u6311\u6218\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u836f\u7269\u6ee5\u7528\u6216\u6210\u763e<\/strong>\uff1a\u914d\u5076\u6301\u7eed\u6ee5\u7528\u836f\u7269\u6216\u6210\u763e\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u5a5a\u59fb\u89e3\u4f53\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u884c\u4e3a\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u4fe1\u4efb\u7834\u88c2\uff0c\u65e0\u6cd5\u7ef4\u6301\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u4f34\u4fa3\u5173\u7cfb\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4e0d\u5e73\u8861<\/strong>\uff1a\u5728\u914d\u5076\u53cc\u65b9\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4e25\u91cd\u4e0d\u5e73\u7b49\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4e00\u65b9\u59cb\u7ec8\u65e0\u6cd5\u63d0\u4f9b\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u5219\u53ef\u8981\u6c42\u79bb\u5a5a\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u7406\u7531\u65e8\u5728\u786e\u4fdd\u516c\u5e73\u5f85\u9047\u548c\u7ecf\u6d4e\u7a33\u5b9a\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u5206\u5c45\u4e09\u5e74<\/strong>\uff1a\u5f53\u914d\u5076\u53cc\u65b9\u5df2\u8fde\u7eed\u4e09\u5e74\u5206\u5c45\u65f6\uff0c\u5373\u53ef\u65e0\u8fc7\u9519\u5730\u63d0\u51fa\u79bb\u5a5a\u3002\u8fd9\u53cd\u6620\u4e86\u5bf9\u5a5a\u59fb\u7834\u88c2\u4e0d\u53ef\u9006\u8f6c\u7684\u8ba4\u53ef\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure
