href=\"https:\/\/turkeylegal.com.tr\/zh\/liaison-office-set-up-in-turkey\/\">\u8054\u7edc\u5904<\/a>\u3001<a href=\"https:\/\/turkeylegal.com.tr\/zh\/free-zone-company-set-up-in-turkey\/\">\u514d\u7a0e\u533a\u516c\u53f8<\/a>\u3001\u7ba1\u7406\u548c\u6cbb\u7406\u65b9\u9762\u7ecf\u9a8c\u4e30\u5bcc\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>\u76ee\u5f55<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-aioseo-table-of-contents\"><ul><li><a class=\"aioseo-toc-item\" href=\"#block-98acf257-f664-45d1-88e0-9797e18850dd\">\u6210\u7acb\u571f\u8033\u5176\u516c\u53f8\u9700\u8981\u591a\u5c11\u5929\uff1f<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><a class=\"aioseo-toc-item\" href=\"#block-c18ab5bb-6217-4e68-9dcd-3ec585f4df9c\">\u5982\u4f55\u6210\u7acb\u571f\u8033\u5176\u516c\u53f8\uff1f<\/a><ul><li><a class=\"aioseo-toc-item\" href=\"#block-b930e59d-8645-49b5-9434-6970077e0ff7\">\u8054\u7cfb\u6211\u4eec\u4ee5\u6210\u7acb\u571f\u8033\u5176\u516c\u53f8<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\n\n<p id=\"block-dd55b66b-eec2-44db-9bce-c8756a6cb249\">\u6211\u4eec\u4e3a\u5916\u56fd\u4e2a\u4eba\u548c\u516c\u53f8\u63d0\u4f9b\u571f\u8033\u5176\u516c\u53f8\u7ec4\u5efa\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u516c\u53f8\u7ba1\u7406\u670d\u52a1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-49ecd758-9f36-437a-9e52-1820915e1ef7\">\u6211\u4eec\u5df2\u7ecf\u4e3a\u5ba2\u6237\u6210\u7acb\u4e86\u591a\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u975e\u5e38\u4e86\u89e3\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-09bbf44d-d799-4335-b3b1-a22916499a86\">\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u529e\u516c\u697c\u5185\u6709\u4e00\u5bb6\u6d77\u5173\u4ee3\u7406\u673a\u6784\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u8bb8\u591a\u5ba2\u6237\u90fd\u5229\u7528\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u670d\u52a1\u6765\u5f00\u5c55\u5bf9\u5176\u4ed6\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e3\u548c\u8f6c\u53e3\u8d38\u6613\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u8fd8\u4e3a\u5916\u56fd\u516c\u53f8\u63d0\u4f9b\u516c\u53f8\u5730\u5740\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u4ef7\u683c\u975e\u5e38\u9002\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"block-fcd35433-dd6e-4bbe-a89e-bec6fb25e8fd\">\u6211\u4eec\u5df2\u4e3a\u897f\u73ed\u7259\u3001\u963f\u8054\u914b\u3001\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u3001\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u3001\u82f1\u56fd\u3001\u6469\u6d1b\u54e5\u3001\u9ece\u5df4\u5ae9\u3001\u53d9\u5229\u4e9a\u3001\u97e9\u56fd\u3001\u5fb7\u56fd\u3001\u610f\u5927\u5229\u3001\u7ea6\u65e6\u3001\u8d8a\u5357\u3001\u6ce2\u5170\u3001\u6cd5\u56fd\u3001\u5df4\u57fa\u65af\u5766\u3001\u4e2d\u56fd\u3001\u4e2d\u56fd\u9999\u6e2f\u3001\u7f8e\u56fd\u3001\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u3001\u4f0a\u6717\u3001\u8461\u8404\u7259\u3001\u632a\u5a01\u3001\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u3001\u6c99\u7279\u963f\u62c9\u4f2f\u3001\u4f0a\u62c9\u514b\u548c\u79d1\u5a01\u7279\u7b49\u56fd\u5916\u5ba2\u6237\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u8d85\u8fc7 <strong>260 \u5bb6\u516c\u53f8<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-98acf257-f664-45d1-88e0-9797e18850dd\">\u6210\u7acb\u571f\u8033\u5176\u516c\u53f8\u9700\u8981\u591a\u5c11\u5929\uff1f<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-44147eb6-7541-46cb-82d3-5980272b40dc\">\u5982\u679c\u5408\u4f5c\u4f19\u4f34\u5728\u571f\u8033\u5176\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728<strong>1-2\u5929<\/strong>\u5185\u5b8c\u6210\u571f\u8033\u5176\u516c\u53f8\u7ec4\u5efa\u3001\u5f00\u8bbe\u94f6\u884c\u8d26\u6237\u548c\u5f00\u901a\u7f51\u4e0a\u94f6\u884c\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u7ec4\u5efa\u6d41\u7a0b\u5c06\u66f4\u5feb\uff0c\u6210\u672c\u66f4\u4f4e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-52d39aea-0631-4495-8186-7d0cd03db01c\">\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u4e0d\u5728\u571f\u8033\u5176\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u8fdc\u7a0b\u5b8c\u6210\u571f\u8033\u5176\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u7ec4\u5efa\uff0c\u4f46\u7ec4\u5efa\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4f1a\u66f4\u957f\uff0c\u8d39\u7528\u4e5f\u4f1a\u66f4\u9ad8\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure href=\"http:\/\/www.lawsturkey.com\/law\/6102-turkish-commercial-code\"><strong>\u300a\u571f\u8033\u5176\u5546\u6cd5\u5178\u300b<\/strong><\/a>\uff0c\u6709\u9650\u8d23\u4efb\u516c\u53f8\uff08LLC\uff09\u81f3\u5c11\u9700\u8981<strong>\u4e00\u540d\u5408\u4f19\u4eba<\/strong>\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\u6cd5\u4eba\u5b9e\u4f53\u6216\u81ea\u7136\u4eba\uff0c\u6700\u591a\u53ef\u6709<strong>50\u540d\u5408\u4f19\u4eba<\/strong>\u3002\u5408\u4f19\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f<strong>\u571f\u8033\u5176\u4eba<\/strong>\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f<strong>\u5916\u56fd\u4eba<\/strong>\u3002<strong>\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee5\u62e5\u6709\u516c\u53f8100%\u7684\u80a1\u4efd<\/strong>\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u5f53\u5730\u5408\u4f19\u4eba\u6216\u8463\u4e8b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-1c8e3a8a-2c53-45a7-bdaa-bf431335a520\">\u6709\u9650\u8d23\u4efb\u516c\u53f8\u6240\u9700\u7684\u6700\u4f4e<strong>\u8d44\u672c\u4e3a50,000\u3002-\u571f\u8033\u5176\u91cc\u62c9\uff09\u3002<\/strong>\u516c\u53f8\u8d44\u672c\u5e94\u5728\u4e24\u5e74\u5185\u7f34\u7eb3\uff0c\u6700\u591a\u5206\u56db\u671f\u7f34\u7eb3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-00eff4f2-939f-4241-a77a-f4cdf79ed7ea\">\u571f\u8033\u5176\u516c\u53f8\u6210\u7acb\u8def\u7ebf\u56fe<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u5408\u4f5c\u4f19\u4f34\u7684\u62a4\u7167\u7ffb\u8bd1\u548c\u516c\u8bc1<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u4e3a\u5408\u4f19\u4eba\u83b7\u53d6\u7a0e\u53f7<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5728\u516c\u8bc1\u5904\u83b7\u5f97\u5408\u4f19\u4eba\u5173\u4e8e\u6210\u7acb\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u6388\u6743\u4e66<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u786e\u5b9a\u548c\u4fdd\u7559\u516c\u53f8\u540d\u79f0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7b7e\u7f72\u516c\u53f8\u5730\u5740\u79df\u8d41\u5408\u540c<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u51c6\u5907\u5728\u7ebf\u516c\u53f8\u8bbe\u7acb\u7a0b\u5e8f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5728\u7ebf\u5411\u4f0a\u65af\u5766\u5e03\u5c14\u5546\u4f1a\u63d0\u4ea4\u516c\u53f8\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5728\u7ebf\u63d0\u4ea4\u516c\u53f8\u7ae0\u7a0b\u5e76\u83b7\u5f97\u6279\u51c6<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5411\u4f0a\u65af\u5766\u5e03\u5c14\u5546\u4f1a\u63d0\u4ea4\u6240\u6709\u6587\u4ef6\u5e76\u652f\u4ed8\u6b63\u5f0f\u516c\u53f8\u6ce8\u518c\u8d39<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u4ece\u4f0a\u65af\u5766\u5e03\u5c14\u5546\u4f1a\u83b7\u5f97\u516c\u53f8\u6ce8\u518c\u8bc1\u4e66<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5728\u516c\u8bc1\u5904\u516c\u8bc1\u7b7e\u540d\u901a\u544a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u4ee3\u8868\u516c\u53f8\u5411\u4f1a\u8ba1\u5e08\u6388\u4e88\u6388\u6743\u4e66<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5f00\u8bbe\u516c\u53f8\u94f6\u884c\u8d26\u6237<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"block-a7ea27ef-03be-44c9-86eb-90914a1f41a1\">\u6211\u4eec\u4e3a\u5728\u571f\u8033\u5176\u6210\u7acb\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u5f00\u7acb<strong>\u94f6\u884c\u8d26\u6237\u3002&nbsp;\u5982\u4eca\uff0c\u5916\u56fd\u516c\u53f8<\/strong>\u5728\u571f\u8033\u5176\u5f00\u7acb<strong>\u94f6\u884c\u8d26\u6237\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u5de8\u5927\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u534f\u52a9\u60a8\u5f00\u7acb\u516c\u53f8\u94f6\u884c\u8d26\u6237\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-c557eb23-6e6e-4ff6-831b-24ad2c727c7a\">\u6211\u4eec\u9700\u8981\u4ee5\u4e0b\u516c\u53f8\u94f6\u884c\u8d26\u6237\u6587\u4ef6\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
